Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how A1 Bot ("A1", "we", "us") processes information when you use the A1 Discord bot, website, dashboard, and support services. By using A1, you acknowledge the practices described here.

Data we process

A1 processes Discord-provided identifiers and server data required to provide its features. This can include Discord user, server, channel, role, and message IDs; usernames, display names, avatars, command usage, and configuration set by server administrators.

When a server enables moderation, logging, tickets, AI, leveling, economy, reminders, music, or similar features, A1 may process the information required for that feature. This can include moderation records, warning history, configured filters, ticket messages and transcripts, level and economy progress, reminder data, and server settings.

Message content

A1 reads message content only to provide enabled features such as anti-phishing, anti-spam, invite and keyword filtering, automod actions, message logging, ticket transcripts, AFK and auto-response tools, context actions, and legacy prefix commands.

Some moderation and logging features store limited message content or excerpts so server staff can review an event.

Website, login, and AI

When you use the website, A1 may process OAuth login details supplied by Discord, session cookies, support-ticket messages, website activity data, and information needed to operate the dashboard.

Website AI conversations may be stored to provide conversation continuity and automatically expire after inactivity. Basic technical information, such as IP address, may be processed for security, fraud prevention, analytics, or records of required acknowledgements.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. A1 does not store full payment-card numbers. We may store Stripe customer, subscription, checkout, payment-reference, and entitlement information needed to manage premium access, support requests, refunds, and accounting.

How data is used

A1 uses information to operate bot features, enforce server-configured moderation rules, respond to commands and interactions, maintain server settings, provide support, prevent abuse, improve reliability, process premium access, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Sharing

A1 does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by providers needed to operate A1, including Discord, MongoDB, Stripe, Google Gemini when an AI feature is used, and hosting or infrastructure providers. Server administrators and staff may view information created by features they configure, such as moderation logs and ticket transcripts.

Retention and security

We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed to operate the requested feature, maintain records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, or protect the service. Some feature data expires automatically; other data remains until a server administrator removes it, the relevant feature is reset, or it is deleted following a valid request. Privacy-policy acknowledgement records, including the IP address recorded at acknowledgement, expire after two years.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests

Server administrators can configure or disable many A1 features. To request access, correction, or deletion of data associated with your Discord account or server, contact A1 through the Support Center or the A1 support server. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting on a request.
